Tomato Tart

1 recipe pizza dough (your choice)
2 ripe tomatoes
3 bocconcini balls, sliced
olive oil
fleur de sel
fresh ground black pepper
1 bunch basil, chiffonade

Preheat oven to 425

Roll dough as thin as possible. I went for two squares. Drizzle with olive oil. Lay slices of bocconcini on crust, cover with black pepper. Lay slices of tomato on crust, sprinkle liberally with fleur de sel and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is cooked through. Top with fresh basil and serve.
