Tomato Coriander Salad

Adapted From Fresh by Michele Cranston

4 small ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 tbsp balsamic
2 tbsp olive oil
salt

Combine all ingredients. Serve.
If you want to make an attractive platter, lay out tomato slices so taht they overlap and sprinkle or drizzle remaining ingredients over top. Serves Two
